I must admit that I am totally in love with my new camera.I am really thankful to my dad and brother who agreed to buy a DSLR for me ( I had to give my Samsung point and shoot camera to them in lieu but I guess that's OK).Last weekend I purchased a new lens ( Canon 50 mm f/1.8 ) as the kit lens wasn't sufficient for portraits and close photography ( Bokeh effect was missing ).I did try few test clicks with this new lens.Here's one of them -
Not a great shot but I am happy that I no longer have to ask my friends for this lens.Hoping to post few neat shots in a week or so.

nice start!! I have seen many good clicks... but your photography shows the real passion you carry while capturing a shot... its amazing... like the 2nd best in the world..!!
Well, that's the nicest thing I ever heard about my photography.I can only hope that I'd improve with time.Thanks a lot for your words of encouragement.
